Latest Stable Version

$ pip install halborn-ctf

Latest Development Version (potentially unstable)

$ pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple/ halborn-ctf

This installs the TestPyPI version of halborn-ctf while resolving the dependencies on PyPI.
